30 Jan Stuffed Cupcakes (with Golden berry Jam)
½ cup of butter
½ cup sugar
¼ cup milk
1 cup of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Mermelada de Uchuva «Cuando me da la Gana»
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Grease and flour the molds.
Grow the egg whites at high speed until soft peaks form and reserve. Cream the butter together with the sugar, add the yolks one by one.
Add the sifted flour together with the baking powder, alternating with the milk, finally mix with the egg whites in enveloping form.
Serve a tsp. of Jam in each cupcake and cover with more cake mix.
Bake for 15 minutes.
