Chicken in chili sauce (with kinoto jam)


4 chicken fillets
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of oil
Salt and pepper
50 gr. diced sweet pepper
4 tbsp of Mermelada de Kinoto ¨Cuando me da la Gana”
2 tbsp of butter
¾ cup orange juice


– Marinate the fillets in oil with garlic, salt and pepper. Seal over high heat in the pan.
– In a separate pot: cook the sweet pepper in butter, add the Kinoto Jam and the orange juice. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Accompany with jasmine rice and vegetables.
